All photo composition work is charge on an hourly basis and quotes for such work is an ESTIMATE only.  We keep in contact with our customers and if we think the price will change more than 10% for the work we have quoted, the customer is asked to approve the change.  At this point, if the customer believes the price re-quoted is too high, the work will be stopped and a fee of $15.00 will be charged and the image we have worked on will be returned to the customer with any work done on the composite on the customer's medium
